Following the inspection, a computer-generated Property Analysis Report is created.  This report will describe, in detail, the findings of the inspection with regard to the systems and/or components that are “significantly deficient”, those that require “future action” and “routine maintenance items”.  When appropriate, photographs, drawings and/or attention-getting icons will be insert to better explain or call attention to particular items.  In addition, a Summary Letter is also provided that gathers all the most important points into a more easily understandable document.  These 4 to 5 page Summary Letters are greatly appreciated by attorneys, because they don’t have to dig through a 20+ page report to find those areas that are of concern to you, their client.  Both of these documents can easily be emailed or faxed to whomever you wish.
