I am a licensed home inspector with 5 years of experience in the great state of North Carolina. I was led to this specialty field through many years of experience in the construction industry. I started in tool sales, with a multi-national company, and then migrated to work with a local general contractor. After gaining invaluable experience in these two industries I knew I wanted to be able to help the individuals of the community that I have grown to love here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. As a homeowner myself I understand the ins and outs of our mountain community and the homes built in this region. I received formal training from the Home Inspection Training Center as well as on-the-job apprenticeship experience. Serving eight years as the maintenance supervisor for a property management firm, he has seen a wide variety of residential construction and repair scenarios. He then spent four years working full-time as an electrician in commercial and industrial environments while working weekends in low-voltage and residential construction. He then received his home inspection education from The Home Inspection Institute in the form of live classes, rigorous practice exams, and hands-on training with some of the most respected home inspectors in North Carolina. He is a knowledgeable and friendly individual that does his absolute best for all of his clients.
